This site keeps tracking to an absolute minimum. We use a single functional cookie and a small amount of browser local storage to make the site work, and, only with your consent, cookieless analytics. We do not use advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never sell your data.

Browser local storage
These values are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. The ones that record your preferences are never transmitted to our servers; the single exception is the fyra-first-touch entry below, which is submitted with your message when you send the enquiry form. You can clear any of them at any time from your browser settings, and withdrawing analytics consent deletes the fyra-first-touch entry immediately.

| fyra-first-touch | Keeps the two internal ids of the article you arrived from, so that an enquiry you send later can be attributed to the content that produced it. Analytics category: it is stored only with analytics consent, expires after 90 days, and is deleted when you withdraw that consent. It holds nothing about you or about your path through the site: both ids name rows of our own content. If you send the enquiry form, these two ids are submitted with your message. |
Cookieless analytics (Vercel)
Only if you give consent, we load Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you. To produce aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (such as page views and visit counts), it processes your IP address transiently and does not retain it in identifiable form. Our own link attribution is gated on the same consent and uses the fyra-first-touch entry above: it sets no cookie either and does not follow you across other sites, it only remembers which of our articles brought you here. It is loaded only after you opt in, and you can withdraw your consent at any time using the button above; we treat declining and withdrawing as equally easy as accepting, and withdrawing also deletes any stored fyra-first-touch entry.
