By accessing and using the services provided by FyraSoft ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Services
FyraSoft provides AI consulting, custom software development, process optimization, and related technology services. We also develop and offer software products including FyrAction and FyrAdmin. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of FyraSoft and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FyraSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Hungary.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
